Aracelia’s Famous Nacho Supreme

Serves 2-4
Ingredients:
1 cup/ 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese finely shredded
1 cup/ 8 oz. Cheddar cheese (mild) finely shredded
(Aracelia says make sure you use plenty of cheese!)
6 oz. heated pinto beans
1/2 (one-half) lb. seasoned ground beef
4 oz. fresh guacamole
4 oz. sour cream
4 oz. finely chopped seedless fresh tomatoes
Sliced black olives
Green onions, finely chopped (optional)
Jalapenos sliced into rings (optional)
Corn tortilla chips

Preparation:
Begin by placing a bed of freshly made corn tortilla chips on a heat resistant 10-inch platter. Add a layer of fresh Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Add another layer of chips, then add a layer of tasty fresh pinto beans, add spiced ground beef and top with another layer of cheese blend. Heat until cheese is melted. Then top with cut tomatoes, olives, onions and jalapenos. Serve with sour cream and guacamole sauce.
