Pomegranate and Blueberry Smoothie
Makes about 1-2 servings

Ingredients:
2 oz. freshly squeezed pomegranate juice
6 oz. fat-free blueberry yogurt, frozen
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup non-fat milk
Handful of crushed ice
Directions:
In a blender, blend all ingredients together until desired consistency.
Raspberry and Yogurt Smoothie
Makes about 1-2 servings

Ingredients:
1 banana (about 6 oz.), peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat or nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup crushed ice
Directions:
Blend the banana, orange juice, ice and yogurt together until well blended. Add the raspberries and blend on low speed for 30 seconds.
Sunshine Lemon Smoothie
Makes about 1-2 servings

Ingredients:
2 cups skim milk
2 cups low-fat lemon yogurt
1/2 cup ice
3 tablespoons powdered lemonade mix
Directions:
In a blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Shake
Makes about 1 serving

Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat or fat-free milk
1/2 cup frozen banana slices
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Sweet cocoa powder (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, if desired.

Purple Cow
Makes about 1-2 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla ice cream
8 tbs. frozen grape juice concentrate
1 cup of milk
1 cup of ice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
Tropic Cooler
Makes about 2 servings
Ingredients:
16 oz container nonfat coconut yogurt (frozen)
1/2 banana (frozen)
1/2 of a 20 oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup nonfat milk
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
Fruity Fun Smoothie
Makes about 6 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup honey
2 bananas, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 pint fresh strawberries
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 to 2 cups crushed ice
Directions:
In a large-capacity blender combine all of the ingredients and puree until smooth. (Alternatively, puree in batches if necessary.) Serve the smoothies in chilled tall glasses.
